2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
the Naval Staff College Course in USA, which will begin on January
07, 2009. Post vetting was completed on January 4, 2009. Post
requests that vetting be completed as soon as possible to provide
sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department conduct
Leahy vetting for the following candidate:
