2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
Pandemic Influenza Workshop - Korea, which will begin on 29 June,
2009. Post vetting was completed on June 11, 2009. Post requests
that vetting be completed by June 20 to provide sufficient time for
processing. Post requests the department conduct Leahy vetting for
the following candidate:
1. Name: Md. Abdul Kuader

3. Post requests that the Department of State authorize post to make

gross violations of human rights by the above named individual or
unit."
4. Post Human Rights Officer is David Arulanantham, unclass
e-mail:arulananthamdp@state.gov.
5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate these
individuals or any units they have served in have been involved in
gross violations of human rights.
