2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
NESA Executive Seminar in USA, which will begin on July 14, 2009.
Post vetting was completed on June 09, 2009. Post requests that
vetting be completed by June 20 to provide sufficient time for
processing. Post requests the department conduct Leahy vetting for
the following candidate:

5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate these
individuals or any units they have served in have been involved in
