2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
APCSS Comprehensive Crisis Management Course in USA, which will
begin on August 20, 2009. Post vetting was completed on June 09,
2009. Post requests that vetting be completed by July 20 to provide
sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department conduct
Leahy vetting for the following candidate:

5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate these
