2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
the Armor Captain Career Course in USA, which will begin on March
17, 2009. Post vetting was completed on January 14, 2009. Post
requests that vetting be completed by February 05, 2009 to provide
sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department conduct
Leahy vetting for the following candidate:

5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate these
