1. This is an action request. See para three.


2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
The ARF Disaster Relief Exercise in Philippines, which will begin on
May 04, 2009. Post vetting was completed on April 26, 2009. Post
requests that vetting be completed by May 03 to provide sufficient
time for processing. Post requests the department conduct Leahy
vetting for the following candidate:
