2. The following candidates have been selected for participation in
the Capacity Building of Law Enforcing Agencies on Preventing HIV
Transmission among Injecting Drug Users Course in Dhaka, Bangladesh,
which will begin on June 9, 2009. Post vetting was completed on
April 13. Post requests that vetting be completed by June 5 to
provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department
