2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
the Underwater Demolition/ Seal Course in USA, which will begin on
February 11, 2009. Post vetting was completed on January 08, 2009.
Post requests that vetting be completed by January 25, 2009 to
provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department
conduct Leahy vetting for the following candidate:

unit."

5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate these
individuals or any units they have served in have been involved in
gross violations of human rights.
