1. This is an action request. See para three.
2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
The Civil Military Response to Terrorism Course in Monterey, USA,
which will begin on April 11, 2009. Post vetting was completed on
March 31, 2009. Post requests that vetting be completed by April 9
to provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the
department conduct Leahy vetting for the following candidate:

5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate these
