demarche to Masudur Rahman, Director of the Americas Wing at
Bangladesh's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Rahman relayed the
message to the relevent authority in his Ministry, but did
not comment on Bangladesh's expected position on the vote.
NOTE: Bangladesh has consistently voted along with other
members of the Organization of the Islamic Conference on
similar resolutions in the past.
