2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
the NESA Senior Executive Seminar in USA, which will begin on
February 23, 2009. Post vetting was completed on February 08, 2009.
Post requests that vetting be completed by February 18, 2009 to
provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department
conduct Leahy vetting for the following candidate:

5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate these
