2. The following candidates have been selected for participation in
the Patrol Officers Communications and Instructor Development Course
in USA, which will begin on February 06, 2009. Post vetting was
completed on January 4, 2009. Post requests that vetting be
completed by January 17, 2009 to provide sufficient time for
processing. Post requests the department conduct Leahy vetting for
