1. This is an action request. See para three.
2. This is an addendum to Dhaka 1018. Please delete candidate number
4, a typographical error, from the aforementioned cable. The
following additional three candidates have been selected for
participation in BANGLADESH OUTREACH PROGRAM" APCSS CIVIL MILITRAY
RELATIONS WORKSHOP" in Bangladesh, which will begin on November 16,
2009. Post vetting was completed on November 05, 2009. Post
requests that vetting be completed by November 15 to provide
sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department conduct
Leahy vetting for the following candidates:
