PolOff delivered points from reftel to Thomas Adoumasse, Director of
International Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on
April 8. Adoumasse responded that Benin agrees with the US position
and noted that North Korea must respect their accords. He opined
that the North Koreans were causing this ruckus to be able to
request money from the international community to ease their famine.
