We delivered reftel talking points to Mr. Dorin
Panfil, the new head of NATO and Politico-Military
Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 30
January 2009. Panfil thanked the embassy for
keeping the government of Moldova apprised.
Panfil stated that he would inform his superiors
of the topic of the demarche. Post will report
any substantive response.
