We delivered reftel demarche to Dorin Panfil, Head
of the NATO and Political-Military Cooperation
Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
European Integration (MFA) on August 7, 2009. On
August 9, Panfil responded that he had forwarded
the demarche on to the relevant personnel covering
the OSCE HDIM agenda at the MFA. He also thanked
the U.S. for our points and stated that the GOM
would take them into consideration. Post will
report any further substantive response from the
MFA.
