(C) Reftel talking points were delivered to Dorin
Panfil, Head of the NATO and Politico-Military
Cooperation Directorate of the Multilateral
Relations Department at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs on April 17, 2009. As of late April 2009,
the Government of Moldova had not submitted the
annual report for 2008. An April 29 message
received from the MFA conveyed that the 2008
Annual Report would be transmitted to the
Executive Secretariat of HCOC no later than the
Eighth Regular HCOC Meeting to be held May 28-29,
¶2009.
