1. (SBU) Following reftel instructions, Embassy Chisinau's
Emergency Action Committee (EAC) met to assess the impact on mission
and AMCIT security of media attention to the issue of unreleased
detainee photographs.
2. (SBU) EAC members noted that the issue had not been raised in
Moldovan media, and that its impact was therefore negligible.
