¶1. (U) Gerry McGuire, Director of the Counter-Proliferation
Section of the Arms Control and Counter-Proliferation Branch
of Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has
received all of the included non-papers from the five cables
to the Australia Group (reftel).
¶2. (U) These include the following: Clarifying Listed
Materials for Controlled Chemical Equipment, Chemical
Micro-reactor Systems Experts Group, Clarifying the Terms
'Nominal Size' and 'Rotor,' Minimum Surface Coating Thickness
for Controlled Chemical Equipment, and the introductory
cable's non-paper suggesting the need for a technical group
exploring micro-reactors.
¶3. (U) He will report the GOA's response as it becomes
available.
