1. (SBU) Following up April 15 on the Russian demarche
delivered a day earlier (REF A),POLOFF heard confirmation
from DFAT Director for Counter-Terrorism Coordination James
Nachipo that Australia would attend the 2009 Plenary in The
Hague.
2. (U) Nachipo also confirmed Australia would be prepared to
provide a presentation on June 16 about its GICNT Discussion
Exercise (DISCEX) Blue Glow.
3. (U) He promised to respond soon on the names of the
participants and to provide comments on the agenda.
