EXERCISE IN PHILIPPINES

(SBU) On April 6, Henry Fox, Director of the Regional and
National Security Section of Australia's Department of
Foreign Affairs and Trade, told POLOFF that the following
persons would constitute the VIPs attending the ARF Disaster
Relief Exercise in the Philippines May 4-7, 2009: His
Excellency Mr. Rod Smith, Australian Ambassador to the
Philippines, Mr. Henry Fox, Director, Regional and National
Security Section, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade,
and Captain Vic Jones, RAN, Australian Defence Attache' to
the Philippines. Mr. Fox has given this information to the
appropriate Philippine contacts, Ms Bianca Basco and Mr. Leo
Herrera-Lim.
