(U) We delivered reftel points and invitation to the
DOE/NNSA seminar on human resources for civilian nuclear
power to Dr. Mohamed Mousa Omran and Dr. Khalil Yasso, First
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity and Energy
(MoEE) and Coordinator for U.S.-Egyptian Civilian Nuclear
Cooperation at MoEE, respectively. They were enthusiastic
about this opportunity and will get back to us with nominees
for the Egyptian delegation by February 12.
