(C) On November 17, Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Silva Cao,
the Human Rights Counselor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(MFA). Cao confirmed that Argentina intends to vote against the
no-action motion and in favor of the Iran resolution. She also
indicated that Argentina is working closely with Canada in publicly
opposing the no-action motion.
