(U) The CDA chaired a meeting of the Emergency Action Committee (EAC) on December 10 to review the main steps that post's Pandemic Influenza Action Committee had taken on pandemic influenza preparedness since the issuance of ref A instructions. After discussing the tripwires and steps already taken at post, the EAC unanimously approved the updated tripwires. RSO reminded all sections to review their volume of controlled/classified documents, limiting them to amounts requiring less than one hour destruction time. Per reftel B, post uploaded the Pandemic Influenza tripwires into CEPA on December 11. In addition to the CDA, section participants included: RSO, CONS, POL/ECON, Medical Unit, MGT, CLO, PAO, USCS, LEGATT, ESTH, and USAID. LEVINE
