1. (C) On November 2, 2009, Embassy was informed by the
Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs International
Organizations and Human Rights Department that Hungary would
support the candidacy of Ms. Lucretia Myers at the upcoming
United Nations General Assembly elections for the
International Civil Service Commission (ICSC). MFA Global
Organizations Unit officer Andrea Balog indicated that the
Embassy would receive a Note Verbale on the issue within the
next few days.
