Emboff delivered on October 19 the Secretary's letter to
Jozsef Graf, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
On October 26, Emboff separately delivered the Secretary's
letter to Bea Bokor in the office of International
Development in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As of
October 28, neither Mr. Graf nor Ms. Bokor had commented,
however the Agricultural Minister's chief of cabinet stated
to Agoff on October 28 that the Minister may formulate a
reply next week. Post will inform the Department of any
comments or suggestions received in response to this letter.
