(C) In response to reftel, Hungarian MFA Missile Technology
Control Regime (MTCR) POC told PolOFF August 6 that
representatives from the Hungarian Trade Licensing Office
plan to participate in the November MTCR plenary. They are
currently awaiting travel funding approval. If they are able
to participate, the representatives plan to make one or two
presentations during the Licensing and Enforcement Meeting
session. The MFA POC will provide updated information
concerning Hungarian participation and briefing topics once
the travel decision is made.
