1. DCM delivered reftel points to the MFA,s Deputy Director
General for the Middle East and Africa, Ferenc Csillag.
Csillag had little substantive response but said the
information would be useful as Hungary prepared its positions
for the upcoming GAERC. He also said he would forward the
points to the Foreign Minister,s chief of staff.
2. RSO was also notified to ensure appropriate security
posture is maintained.
