(SBU) In response to reftel request delivered by DAO to the
MOD on June 2, Col Istvan Toth of the MOD's International
Relations Department advised the DAO on June 3 that Hungary
would be unable to provide any MI-17 helicopters for
Pakistan. Toth said that the Hungarian military's (HDF)
limited MI-17 fleet is needed to meet the HDF commitment to
provide helicopters in Afghanistan in 2010.
