Deputy Director Gabor Horvath discussed reftel with POLOFF
March 19. Horvath stated that Hungary has already submitted
its annual declaration. Additionally, representing Hungary
as the HCOC Chair during the recent EU Council Working Group
on Non-proliferation meetings in Prague, Horvath said that
the Working Group concurred with Hungary's offer to help the
Czech EU Chair, FM Schwarzenberg, to develop correspondence
to be sent to all the members, underscoring the importance of
participation in HCOC, the annual declaration, as well as
Pre-launch notifications.
