Post conducted an annual review of the Hungary-specific MOA regarding security responsibility for DoD personnel in country. There is one change to Annex A covering personnel under COM authority (C-12 mechanic) and one change to Annex B covering personnel under COCOM (CDRUSEUCOM) authority (U.S. personnel at Papa Air Base). ¶2. The entire text of annex A and B follows: Annex A DOD ELEMENTS AND PERSONNEL UNDER THE SECURITY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CHIEF OF MISSION A.1. Defense Attache Office A.2. Office of Defense Cooperation A.3. Marine Security Guard Detachment A.4. DoD personnel detailed to other USG departments or agencies None identified at this time A.5. Other DoD elements and personnel in Hungary to include CDRUSEUCOM assigned forces, that the COM and CDRUSEUCOM agree shall remain under the COM security responsibility: Country clearance and deployment temporary duty (TDY) orders should specify the COM as responsible for security.
