Acting DCM delivered reftel A and reftel B talking points to the
Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on May 22 and June 10,
respectively. The MFA responded on June 30th stating, via
Diplomatic Note, that "the Government of Romania has recently
approved an emergency humanitarian contribution of EUR 50,000 from
the budget of development assistance of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs, to the internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Pakistan that
will be channeled through the International Committee of the Red
Cross."
