(C) In response to ref A, there has been no significant
change in Romania's position with regard to trade or
diplomatic relations with Cuba since post last reported on
the issue. The ongoing trade dispute (ref B) remains
unresolved, foreclosing normalized relations and more direct
ties between the two countries. Total yearly bilateral trade
is worth less than 1 million USD, almost all of which is
handled by companies located in third countries.
