Poloff delivered reftel points to Werner Bauwens, Belgian Special Envoy for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on June 4. Bauwens said that Belgium is sending a "substantial delegation" of technical experts to a Proliferation Security Initiative Operational Experts meeting in Poland. Bauwens said that he is trying to encourage participation in the Hague meeting of the GCINT. He is waiting for a response from the agencies involved and expects at least a customs department expert will attend. Bauwens himself will attend the meeting in The Hague. ¶2.
