1.(SBU) As requested in ref(C),USEU approached the Japanese Mission
to the EU in Brussels to request that a separate invitation be
extended to the Czech Republic for the Pakistan Donors Conference in
Tokyo on April 17. Ref (D),as well as subsequent conversations
with Japanese officials here in Brussels, confirms that the Czechs
will in fact be invited.
