1. Embassy Bridgetown received Diplomatic Note No. 211/01-224 from
Dominica's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which included a letter from
President Nicholas Liverpool containing a congratulatory message for
President Barack Obama. The complete text of the letter follows in
paragraph 2. When the original letter is received, post will
forward the letter via State Department pouch to the attention of
S/ES-CR.

Mr. President:
Please accept my sincere congratulations on your election to the
Presidency of the United States of America.
The people of the Commonwealth of Dominica look forward to deepening
the existing friendship and to even closer co-operation between our
two nations in the years ahead.
The people of the commonwealth of Dominica join me in wishing you
and your administration every success in the future.
