¶1. (SBU) Per reftel instructions, on May 15 the Embassy
provided information concerning the addition of Abdul Haq to
the consolidated list of individuals and entities associated
with al-Qaeda, Usama bin Ladin, or the Taliban to the MFAs of
the following countries under cover of Diplomatic Notes:
Antigua and Barbuda (Note #0513),Barbados (#0514),Dominica
(#0515),St. Kitts and Nevis (#0516),St. Lucia (#0517),and
St. Vincent and the Grenadines (#0518).
