ConOff delivered Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile
Proliferation (HCOC) demarche to Daniel Owassa, Secretary
General and Office Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
ConOff provided Owassa with a non-paper outlining the talking
points, a copy of the HCOC, a list of the 130 signatory
countries, and a sample note verbale to be addressed to the
Austrian MFA. Owassa responded favorably to the request and said
the Republic of Congo would move quickly to subscribe to the
HCOC.
