(SBU) Charge delivered reftel demarche to Eva Ponomarenkova,
Director of the Department of Southeast Europe, Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Ponomarenkova assured Charge that Slovakia
would send in a ballot for the upcoming vote on Kosovo's
membership in the World Bank, saying Slovakia might even be
"better" on this vote than the previous negative vote cast by
Slovakia on Kosovo's membership in the IMF.
