Post delivered all points in reftel on July 9 to the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs Director for U.S. and Canadian Affairs,
Adriana Maldonado. She informed us that the Government of
Colombia (GOC) has not finalized its delegation or schedule
for the U.N. General Assembly in September, but per reftel
instructions Post is providing an interim report in the
requested format. Updated information will be sent as soon
as it is available.
A. Head of State will attend.

this time.
