On July 7 EconCouns delivered copies of reftel points to
Minister of Trade Luis Guillermo Plata, as well as Director
of North American Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Adriana Maldonado. EconCouns highlighted the new products
added to the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) list and
reiterated the benefits of GSP to Colombia. The GOC
acknowledged receipt of the points, but has no substantive
response at this time.
