1. (SBU) In a meeting with the Ambassador on August 5,
Foreign Minister Sarbayev gave her a diplomatic note
confirming Kyrgyzstan's agreement to the ramp expansion
project at Manas Transit Center (reftel). Post's translation
of the note follows.
2. (SBU) BEGIN TRANSLATION:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic
presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United States
of AMERICA in Bishkek and has the honor to confirm the
agreement of the Kyrgyz side for the construction of an
aircraft parking area and a cargo area, which will be used by
the Transit Center on the territory of Manas International
Airport.

3. (SBU) The Embassy has shared a copy of the diplomatic
note with the Director of the Manas Transit Center.
