¶1. (C) Econoff delivered reftel talking points to Swiss
Federal Department of Foreign Affairs Deputy Coordinator on
Counter-Terrorism Alessandro Capelli on July 8. Capelli
welcomed the news that the USG will formally seek the
delisting of Nada and the two entities related to Nada. He
also took note of our concerns regarding the unfreezing of
Nada's assets. He provided assurance that the Swiss
authorities will pay close attention to the matter.
