(S) On July 7, EconOff delivered ref non-paper to German MFA
Export Control Division Desk Officer Iris Wilczoch. EconOff
asked for immediate attention to the matter. Wilczoch agreed
to give it prioritized attention. She said she would deliver
the non-paper to the appropriate export controls authorities
at the German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control
(BAFA) and report back any findings. Post will report any
substantive German response septel.
