¶1. (SBU) Marc Hinrichesn, German MFA Assistant Desk Officer
welcomed Econoff's information regarding the availability of
the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism agenda.
Hinrichsen also said that Ambassador Viktor Elbling is
currently scheduled to lead the German delegation, although
scheduling problems may prevent his attendance. If Elbling
cannot attend, Hinrichsen said, MFA Division Head for Export
Controls Goetz Lingenthal will lead the delegation.
