1. (SBU) POLOFF delivered reftel demarche to MFA Bureau on
East Africa, Horn of Africa and Sudan Director
Mueller-Holtkemper April 22 for her consideration. Ms.
Mueller-Holtkemper informed POLOFF on April 23 that she had
conveyed the substance of reftel to the MFA UN division as
well as to the Ministry of Defense to determine how best to
address the request and that a response would be forthcoming
the week of April 27.
