1. (U) POLOFF delivered reftel to MFA Division Head for NATO
Bernhard Schlagheck, who thanked Embassy for the information.
Schlagheck said he would pass the information MFA PA in
preparation for media questions. Embassy also shared the
points with the Chancellery officer responsible for security
affairs and the MOD offices for NATO and nuclear weapons.
