(SBU) Econoff delivered reftel points and the suggested
accompanying Department of Treasury press release regarding
First East Export Bank and Ali Divandari to Ministry of
Finance officer Kristina Wogatzki. Poloff also delivered
reftel points to MFA Iran Task Force Director Andreas
Krueger. Wogatzki stated she had not ever heard of this
bank, but said she would look into whether the bank had any
activities in Germany. We will report any feedback septel.
