Export Control Division Desk Officer, Nancy Reck, regarding
an Iranian procurement attempt for digital magnetic compasses
and other instruments from the German firm Holm GmbH. Reck
thanked the USG for the information on Holm GmbH and said the
additional proliferation details would be especially useful
to the German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control
(BAFA). Post will report any substantive German response
septel.
