(SBU) Accompanied by Tsjeard Hoekstra from the Dutch Embassy and
Petar Frolov from the Russian Embassy, we delivered reftel
invitation on April 16 to Branka Latinovic, the Head of the MFA
Directorate for Weapons Control. Latinovic indicated that a Serbian
delegation would attend the 5th Plenary Meeting of the Global
Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism (GICNT) meeting on June
15-17, 2009 in The Hague. The size and make-up of the delegation
would depend on internal decision-making and funding.
